These terms explain use of faithbeforefeeds.app and the Faith Before Feeds app made available by Ben Fidge in Khao Lak, Thailand. Use our contact form for questions. Please read our Privacy Policy for information about personal data.

Development and availability

Faith Before Feeds is in development. Screenshots and demonstrations may show development versions. Features, platforms, release dates, testing places and offers may change. Joining the waitlist requests updates; it does not purchase anything, reserve a product or guarantee an invitation. You can ask to leave at any time.

Using the website and app

You may use the website and any app version we provide for lawful personal use, subject to these terms and the terms of the store supplying it. Give accurate information when contacting us or joining the waitlist. Do not attack, disrupt, misuse or attempt unauthorised access to the website or another person’s device or information.

Adults are responsible for purchases and for supervising a child’s use. A parent or guardian should review the app’s suitability, permissions and configuration with the child. Only configure protection on a device you own or are authorised to manage.

App protection and reading

The app is designed to place a Scripture-reading pause before selected apps. Protection depends on supported devices, operating-system permissions, correct configuration and system behaviour. We cannot promise uninterrupted or tamper-proof blocking. The Settings PIN protects configuration locally; it does not provide remote supervision or a substitute for parental involvement.

Keep emergency calling and urgent communication available. Choose protected apps carefully. You remain responsible for device access, backups and settings. Scripture reading and habit features provide general encouragement; they are not medical, mental-health or professional counselling services.

Free features, Premium and subscriptions

The website does not sell subscriptions or take payment. If you later choose an in-app purchase, the store purchase screen will show the actual product, price, currency, billing period and any trial terms before you confirm. Free and Premium features may vary by version and platform.

Where offered, recurring subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the relevant app store in accordance with the terms shown at purchase. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Manage subscriptions, cancellation and refund requests through Apple or Google, as applicable. Any lifetime or one-time offer is governed by the description shown when purchased and does not promise support for every future platform or an indefinite service lifetime. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Content and licences

Website design, branding and original content belong to their respective rights holders. You may view the site and use the app as permitted, but may not redistribute our original assets or use the brand to imply endorsement without permission. Third-party Bible texts, fonts and other materials retain their own licences and attribution requirements. Font licences are available for Lora and Open Sans; Bible attribution is provided within the app.

Third-party services

The site uses Cloudflare, Google Analytics, and FormSubmit for signup delivery. External links, app stores and operating-system services are operated by third parties and have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their independent content or availability.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to provide a useful, reliable service, but the site and development app may contain errors, become unavailable or change. To the extent permitted by law, they are provided as available without additional promises of uninterrupted access or suitability for a particular purpose. Keep your own backups of important information.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses or losses caused by misuse, unavailable permissions or third-party outages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights to refunds, remedies and other consumer protections.

Changes, ending use and resolving concerns

You may stop using the website or app at any time and ask us to remove your waitlist details. We may restrict misuse and withdraw development or testing access when necessary. Store subscriptions must be cancelled separately through the store.

We may update these terms as the product develops. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes affecting an existing purchase or requiring agreement will be communicated as required by law. Contact us first about any concern so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not remove any mandatory protection, legal remedy or right to bring a claim in a court available to you under applicable law.
