Faith Before Feeds is developed by Ben Fidge in Khao Lak, Thailand. This policy explains information handled through faithbeforefeeds.app and describes the app features currently presented here. For privacy questions or requests, use our contact form.

Information you choose to share

If you join our waitlist, we ask for your name, email address, preferred phone platform and whether you want to help test the app. We use those details to send Faith Before Feeds launch updates and, if requested, testing invitations. The waitlist form asks for your agreement before submission. You can also use the same form to send a contact message without joining the waitlist; we use your name, email address and message to respond. Joining does not create an account, buy a subscription or guarantee a place in testing.

Forms are sent using FormSubmit to Ben’s email inbox. FormSubmit processes the submitted fields and associated technical information to deliver the message. See FormSubmit’s Privacy Policy. Our email provider also processes messages we receive and send. If you contact us, we use your message and contact details to answer your request. Please avoid sending passwords, Settings PINs or sensitive personal information.

Website delivery and security

Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website. Requests include technical information such as your IP address, requested URL, browser information and request time. Cloudflare may process this information to deliver content, maintain reliability and prevent abuse. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.

Analytics and cookie choices

We use Google Analytics (measurement ID G-CM4XZ61KNQ), which loads automatically when you visit this website. It helps us understand website traffic and interactions, including pages visited, device and browser information, approximate location and referral information. Google may use cookies and process technical information, including your IP address, when providing this service. We do not send your waitlist form fields to Google Analytics.

Google Analytics may store cookies in your browser to distinguish visits and sessions. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings or use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on linked below. No analytics consent preference is stored by this website.

App data and permissions

The app is in development. Its current design stores reading progress, favourites, history, settings and app-protection configuration locally on the device. Device backups may be handled by your operating-system or cloud-backup provider. The website does not receive your reading history, Settings PIN or protected-app selection.

App protection uses operating-system permissions. On iOS, Screen Time features manage selected apps using Apple’s controls. Android protection uses the permissions explained during setup, including accessibility and app-usage access where applicable. The optional Settings PIN protects configuration on the same device; it does not provide remote monitoring or a parent dashboard. Store purchases, when available, are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. This website does not take card payments.

We will update this policy when the app’s data handling or connected services change. Check the policy and store disclosures for the version you install.

Why we use information and who receives it

We use signup information with your consent for the updates you request. We process support messages to respond to you, website analytics to understand traffic, and necessary technical information to operate and protect the site. Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, these activities rely on consent for requested email updates, steps to provide requested services, legitimate interests in understanding traffic and running a secure service, or legal obligations, as applicable. Local rules may require consent for non-essential analytics cookies.

We do not sell your personal information. Service providers receive information needed to host the site, measure website visits, deliver forms and operate email. We may also disclose information if required by law or necessary to protect rights and prevent abuse. Providers may process information outside your country, including in Thailand and other countries where they operate, subject to applicable transfer requirements.

Retention and your choices

We keep waitlist details while sending the launch or testing updates you requested, until you unsubscribe or request deletion, or until the list is no longer needed. We keep support correspondence only as needed to resolve the request and meet applicable legal obligations. Service providers apply their own retention periods to information they control.

You can unsubscribe by replying to an update or using our contact form. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your information, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent. Use our contact form to exercise those rights; we may need to verify your identity. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing.

Children and family use

The website’s waitlist is intended for adults. Parents or guardians should use their own contact details to request family testing information. Please do not submit a child’s personal information. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so we can address it. Families should review device permissions and app settings together.
